Description

सीएनसी Miling किंवा VMC-HMC. संगणक जोडलेली मिलिंग मशीन म्हणजे सीएनसी Milling मशीन. X Y Z ॲक्सिस असलेली संगणकाने नियंत्रित केलेली मशीन ड्रिलिंग, tapping, sloting, Dies and moulds अशी विविध कामे सहज रित्या करते. Spindle ला जोडलेले कटिंग tool त्यामुळे कटिंग होते. हे जर वर्टीकल असेल म्हणजे उभी असेल आणि ATC असेल म्हणजे Tool bank असेल तर त्याला वर्टीकल मशीन सेंटर असे म्हणतात. तसेच जर Spindle Horizonral म्हणजे आडवा असेल तर त्याला Horizontal machining सेंटर असे म्हणतात.

This course elaborates the operating and Programming of VMC machines. Various G M codes and cycles are explained in detail. Course in Marathi and covered in 16 sessions. Practical training may be taken at our workshop.
